Quality & testing

How our formulas are made, what's in them, and what manufacturing standards actually cover.

Where our formulas are made

Our formulas are manufactured in the USA, in facilities that follow current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards — the baseline regulatory standard for dietary supplement production. Every batch is produced to the same specification every time, rather than varying formula to formula.

Non-GMO ingredients

Every product in our range is formulated with non-GMO ingredients. It's listed on every product page, not just as a badge — it's a sourcing requirement we apply consistently across the range.

Reading a label properly

We list the full ingredient panel on every product page, including the carrier and capsule materials — softgel components, fillers, and anything used in manufacturing — not just the headline active ingredient. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, that's the section worth reading closely before ordering, and we'd rather make it easy to find than bury it.

What "suggested use" actually means

The suggested use on each product page reflects the dose the formula is built around — not a minimum you can casually double for a faster result. More isn't automatically better with any of these ingredients, and several (vitamin D, iron where applicable) are worth taking at the labeled dose specifically because more isn't harmless.

Third-party quality checks

Dietary supplements in the US aren't reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy before going to market the way medications are — which is exactly why manufacturing standards and ingredient transparency matter so much. We work with manufacturing partners that operate under cGMP oversight, and we'd rather be upfront about what that does and doesn't guarantee than let the word "tested" do more work than it should.

If something seems off

Damaged safety seals, unusual smell or texture, or anything that doesn't match the label — don't take it, and contact us. We'd rather replace a bottle than have you second-guess something you're putting in your body.
